TEXT: Isaiah 60:1-3 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. MESSAGE: Yesterday we found out that we're the change that the world is waiting for. But take notice that the world is not just waiting for us, they await our MANIFESTATION. Unless you manifest as a Son of God, nothing will happen. In fact, you will he affected by the darkness that covers the people and Satan may continue to have a nice time in and around you. But when you begin to manifest, you can save the whole world. TEXT:  John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. MESSAGE : Since the last two devotionals, there have been various questions. But the majority of the questions centre on how exactly one can acquire the knowledge of God since reading, or studying about him doesn't necessarily result in knowing God Jesus says that knowing God is eternal life. (John 17:3). The reason is: if eternal life is in you, you have a relationship with God because of the process by which that eternal life is received. To receive eternal life you must be born again--this time, not by man but by God through faith in Jesus. TEXT: Hebrews 13:15 B y him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of  our  lips giving thanks to his name. MESSAGE One of thr fruits that righteousness produces in us is the fruit of our lips. In our text, the Holy Spirit through the writer of Hebrews (and I strongly believe it to be Paul) explains that thanksgiving is that fruit of our lips. It is the fruit or product of righteousness that manifests on our lips as the evidence of the state and content of our heart.  Praise is a mode of worship. The praise or worship that God delights in is the praise that is offered in spirit and in truth. Jesus says:  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. TEXT JOHN 15:16   Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and  that  your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. MESSAGE Since God created man He has always longed for our fruitfulness. That's why he blessed man to be fruitful. In fact, " Behold, the husbandman [God] waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain ." (James 5:7). The enemy has tried to stop this all the while. he mutated man to the point that he does not have the capacity to generate such fruit. Jesus knew that you cannot teach man to produce the fruits God is talking about. Man needed a change of nature to do so.
