MESSAGE Yesterday we found out that every child of God has the greatest conqueror of all realms (the Word of God) at his service. Someone may be saying, how do I get the word of God to work for me? Today, we'd be addressing just that. The scriptures says: But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10  For with the heart man believeth un...

MESSAGE Beloved, let me introduce you to one awesome personality. He's the strongest being in the universe and all realms.  He's called THE WORD OF GOD. The word of God carries the power of God. In John 1:1-3 we learn that He's God and all things were made by Him. In Heb. 1:3, we are told that the word of God is that by which He sustains all things. The word of God is the captain of the host of heaven. All the angels in heaven are under His command. In Psalms 103:20 we see that the angels who excel in might hearken to the Voice of the Word of God. Can you see that the Word of Go...

MESSAGE The life of God, and I mean the very life Jesus lives, is given to every born again child of God. You could live just as Jesus on earth, but without the word of God you will be short changing yourself. You will underutilize or "underlive" the life. The reason why Christians are sick and poor and defeated is because they do not know the first thing about the life that they have in Christ. They go everywhere looking for someone to help them with what is already theirs. They look for a healer to heal them. They look for a prophet to show them the future. They need people to pray for their protection. Little did they know that they are not the sick looking for healing, they are the healed whom the devil is trying to put sickness...

The result is that they either soon damage the appliance or grossly under utilize it. Someone once bought a very expensive android tablet and all he could do with it was to make and receive calls. he ran everywhere to send e-mails. He spent hours at business centres trying to get his documents typed. Many other things he suffered because he never knew that his tablet could be used to solve all of those issues. In much the same way, when we receive eternal life into our spirits, it will be foolish of us to just assume that we know what to do with it. Just as the wisest thing anybody that bought an applicance would do is to check for the manufacturer's instruction in the manual, so also...

DEVELOPING A HEALTHY CHRISTIAN LIFE TEXT: 1Pet 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: MESSAGE Virtually all you do with your baby is to relate with him and breastfeed him. You know that when he ingests good food that is appropriate for his age, he grows and he is physically healthy. But if he is malnourished, his growth might be distorted and he may not be able to do things that are expected of his age. The Holy Spirit reveals that the balance diet on which you can feed for proper growth in the Lord is the Word of God. The Apostle Peter counsels: "As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby". A child may not be able to do all that a normal human being should do. But when he is grown enough, he should. A baby may crawl, but soon when he is of age, he'd walk. TEXT Phillipins 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice MESSAGE Rejoice always! What a commandment. Yes, it is! Rejoice always.... What about in times of adversity and difficulties? TEXT Judges 6:14 And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee? MESSAGE The might that Gideon was instructed to go in is the presence of the Lord. This presence of God is manifested by the Holy Spirit. Once Gideon acknowledged the presence of God in His life, the Spirit of God came upon him (Judges 6:34)  When Jesus was to leave the earth, He says to His disciples that He will send us the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of truth. Now, that Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus. That is why He says that at that time He was speaking with the disciples, the Spirit was with them. But by the time He has been glorified, He will send the Spirit to dwell in all His saints. Thus, " The Lord is that Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty" (2Cor. 3:17). MESSAGE: What the Lord is saying today is that you should let the might that God has made available to you propel you to recover your inheritance. Let the consciousness of the presence of God put springs in your steps. Let it put faith in your heart and courage in your soul. Say to yourself, "The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me" (Psa 118:6). Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10). Engage your adversary with the power God made available to you. What ever task is before you now, engage the might of God and you will come with excellence. Paul says, "... MESSAGE : The Israelites were under oppression at the hand of the Midianites. One unique thing about these oppressors was that they had no problem with the Israelites toiling to make ends meet. But once it was time for them to reap the fruit of their labour, these Midianites came and disposessed them of their harvest. They came in such number and force that the Israelites had to vacate their own land and go to hide in caves. You may be experiencing the same challenge.
