HOW SHALL THESE THINGS BE 2
TEXT: Luke 1:34-35
Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
MESSAGE
Yesterday we started considering "how shall these things be?" How shall that God-size project be implemented by seemingly little you? How shall the Goliath-size challenger be subdued by this David of yours? How shall this mountain not be the end of your Project Zerubbabel? How are you going to birth that God-idea for the liberation of your generation?
No matter the size of the project God has given to you, no matter the size of the enemy or the challenge, the answer is "the Spirit of God shall come upon you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you". That was God's answer to Mary. Zerubbabel too once had the same situation. But the answer of God in such cases have always been the same. It is not by might nor by might nor by power but by my spirit says the Lord.
You may be saying, "but I've come to my wits end". Well, that's exactly the idea. God has never had the intention of you accomplishing his project with your wits. He wants you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path. He wants to accomplish the unusual through you. He wants to channel his energy, strength and wisdom through you.
All He needs from you is willingness and availability. It is God that works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. So Wait I say on the Lord and He shall bring it to pass through you.
LET US PRAY

Father I yield myself to you. Be it unto me according to your word and will
I declare that I can do all things through Christ that strengths me
To you Father who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto you be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen
Father, over this nation shine forth through your children that men might see your light in us and glorify you the King of Sion
