WHY ARE THESE THINGS SO


TEXT: Luke 1:34-35

Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

MESSAGE
Did you notice the word employed by the angel in describing the product of the divine activity of the Holy Spirit on Mary? He says, "therefore also that the holy thing (not holy child ) which shall be born of thee..." Why would he use such words? It is because he's not only giving information about the birth of Jesus, but also passing across an eternal truth and divine principle.

The Spirit of truth gives us a clearer picture as revelation progresses. In 1John 5:4 we are taught that "whatsoever (not whosoever) is born of God overcometh the world"_. Thus God wants you to know that it is not only the child that is born of God that overcomes the world. Anything that emanates from God is superior and as such overcomes the world. Every idea, process or product that is God-breathed and God-born overcomes the world. No person, Government or system of the world can successfully challenge it. That's why the church Will prevail no matter what it faces.

Thus when the power of the Highest helps you to give birth to your destiny, assignment, vision, etc, such product would have been born of God. No force on earth can sink it. Nothing can overcome it. Because it is born of God HALLELUJAH! This is because God wants your results to bear the test of time. He says: "...I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain..." (John 15:16). The only fruit that can last in this hostile world is the fruit that overcomes the world. Such fruits are fruits that are product of the operations of the Spirit. If you want to make lasting impact. Let the Spirit of God overwhelm you and be the source of your fruitfulness. Wait I say on the Lord!

LET US PRAY
Father thanks for birthing in me and through me, fruits that over come the world

I declare that I am bearing fruits and my fruits last. I receive divine ideas and concepts that rule the world and make lasting positive impacts

Father let your spirit and the power of the Highest overshadow me, producing through me world transforming fruits for lasting generational impact.

Holy Father, produce through your church the agent of true and positive change wherever we are found
