ALL THINGS ARE YOURS



TEXT: 1Cor 3:21-22
 21  Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
 22  Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;

MESSAGE
Once you're born again, you're an object of God's grace and mercy and for that God has put all of His resources at our disposal. Therefore He says, "all things are yours" (1Cor 3:21-22). That sure blows my mind. All thing! And as if to say, “for the avoidance of doubt”, he added,  “All things…whether life, or death, or things present or things to come”. He says all are yours. The reason is because when you receive the grace and righteousness of God, you become a son of God and as such you become a heir of His possessions and for that matter, joint heir with Jesus. You have the same ownership right as Jesus does (Rom 8:16-17)

God is telling you today that you do not need men to survive. You don't have to depend on people. God is your sufficiency and He's given you all you'd ever need in life. You just need to learn to harness your resources. God says you can harness them and put them into effect by acknowledging all those good things that God says are yours and in you (Phil 1:6). This you do when you pray.

So for you, prayer is no longer a matter of begging, pleading and whining for things. You don't beg for what is yours. That is why Jesus says "And therefore I say to you ‘Have faith that whatever you ask for in prayer is already granted you, and you will find that it will be." (Mark 11:24 20cNT). You may need to change your mindset in prayers. Start praying from the mindset of an owner. Declare that whatever you need is yours. Thank God for it and command it to manifest. Rebuke every force of darkness that may try to resist you and claim your possession by faith. All things are yours.

LET US PRAY
1. FATHER I thank you for giving me all things. You're my sufficiency and I don't have to depend or wait on any man for my need hallelujah

2. I declare that all things are mine and they are working for my benefit.

3. I receive answers to all my prayers in Jesus Name

4. Father I pray for your church that you'd open our eyes by your Spirit to know the things that are freely given unto us.

5. Father save our nation from the hands of evil men
