SPIRIT BASED PLANNING AND STRATEGY



Luke 14:28 – 30
For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

MESSAGE
Our focus now is on planning. We've established that Visions and goals don't implement themselves. A vision without a plan is nothing more than a slogan. Even then, the best plan is based on flawed human projections and understanding of human timing and circumstances. This can not amount to much if what you're planning for has heavenly origin and eternal relevance. Thus you're advised to "...Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (Prov 3:5)

One of the first things you must understand as a Christian is that you have no existence or definition outside Christ. Until you realize that, you're bound to fail even where unbelievers succeed. At least the unbeliever is alive to the world though dead to God. But the Christian is dead to the world. If however he is unconscious of the God unto whom he's alive; or of heaven from which he's to operate, he'd be suffering double jeopardy because he'd be both earthly moribund and heavenly useless.

Thus we must consciously unlearn our the dependence on our minds. The human mind is flawed by various limitations  and subject to the elements and elemental powers. But God has a better plan for you. He wants you to be beyond all limitations and strategize with divine frequency. He wants to project the eternal wisdom through you. Therefore, he requires you to unlearn dependence on your human mind and let Him, the Almighty God lead and direct you

Start by praying, committing your ways and ideas unto the Lord. Confess to Him that you're not able to lead yourself and request that He borders your steps by His Spirit. By this, you're opening yourself to the divine strategist called the Wonderful Counsellor. His plans always work and His strategies never fail. He's the Spirit of wisdom and His  "...wisdom is vindicated and shown to be right by all her children [by the lifestyle, moral character, and good deeds of her followers].” (LUKE 7:35 AMP)

LET US PRAY
Thank you Father for  bringing me into a realm where I have access to the services of the Wonderful Counsellor

Father, today I renounce my trust and dependence on my own wisdom, mind, or understanding. Henceforth I trust in you to lead me

Father I ask that by your Spirit of wisdom and counsel, you'd guide me in the path that I must follow

I declare that my steps are ordered in the Name of Jesus.

Someone once bought a very expensive android tablet and all he could do with it was to make and receive calls. he ran everywhere to send e-mails.
