SPIRIT-BASED PLANNING AND STRATEGY 6 (FELLOWSHIP WITH THE MIND OF CHRIST)


TEXT: Psalms 19:7-8
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

 MESSAGE
Fellowship with the word is fellowship with Christ. This is the process of interacting with, handling and doing word. When you fellowship with the word, it transforms your mind and makes you to begin to think, speak and act like Christ. Remember, "He that walketh with wise men shall be wise..." (Prov 13:20). The Word of God is the wisdom of God. Fellowship with the Word brings you to the same frequency of wisdom as God. Fellowshipping with the word demands the totality of your soul which include your intellect, your will, your conscience and your emotions. As you deploy them in fellowship, they begin to get transformed to operate the same frequency as Christ's.

To fellowship with your intellect, you need to read, or listen to the Word and ensure that you understand it through diligent study. Don't be satisfied with superficial reading. Speak with the Holy Spirit for revelation and intelligently follow the scripture having resolved that it holds irrevocable truths.

Then engage your will by yielding with meekness to the truth of the Word. Never take sides against the Word, you'd not survive it. If the Word rebukes you, repent with meekness. If you think the word is contradictory, know that there's something you're not getting. Humbly ask the Holy Spirit for more revelation. Yield totally to the Word. Then, resolve to do the word. Let your resolution be unyielding. And actually do it no matter the cost. You'd be glad you did.

Furthermore involve your emotion by rejoicing at the Word (Psalm 119:162). In fact there are two ways to receive the word: we receive with meekness and with Joy. This is very important because emotion is one of the quickest ways to your subconscious mind. You hardly forget information received with emotions. In fact they rule your life. Thus, you must unleash your emotions at the Word. That way, you drive it deep into your core and take charge of your life by the Word. As you fellowship that way, you're getting transformed by the Word and soon the mind of Christ would be manifesting in you. Hallelujah


LET US PRAY
Father thank you for your word by which I am transformed in the spirit of my mind

Father I receive your word today with meekness and I rejoice at thy word as one that found great spoil.

I'm transformed by thy word in Jesus Name

Father cause thy word to gain total ascendancy in your church that your wisdom, through us, might manifest to all and in all realms in Jesus Name
