SPIRIT-BASED PLANNING AND STRATEGY 9 (THE MIND OF CHRIST)


TEXT Heb 4:12-13
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
 13  Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do

MESSAGE
Once you begin to go beyond the letter or the grammar of the scripture to locate the Word of God, the first dimension of the word that you'd encounter is called the "Logos". This refer to the general or whole body of truth spoken or written for the benefit of everyone. Many people have looked down on this dimension of the Word of God. But this is what God has to say about Him

He's alive he's actually the Lord from heaven. He's able to do just anything, even things far beyond your widest imaginations (Heb 4:12)

He's sharp and can penetrate anything. He can penetrate the heart of man, no matter how dense. Many people can't distinguish between their spirits and souls and as such can't discern the voice of the Spirit. If you allow the Word to train you, he'd help you to determine the fine line between your soul and spirit and make you distinguish clearly the voice of the Spirit from the voice of your mind.

He knows and sees all things All things are naked before him (Heb 4:12). He's the only one that can discern the thoughts intents and motives of the heart of man which is ordinary the deepest and most deceptive thing on earth.

He's our official trainer into whose hands God has commended us He's the one that delivers our inheritance to us. He's the trustee of God's estate. You who are God's beneficiary need to meet Him to be able to take delivery of your inheritance. (Acts 20:32)

He renews your mind and transforms your thought. Our actions are products of our thoughts. This way, He can train to walk genuinely in holiness by transforming your thoughts from sinful and lustful thoughts to godly and holy ones (Psalm 23 & 19). This is also why He's our sanctifier. He purifies and trains us in the ways of holiness. (John 17:17). Develop a fellowship with Him and He'd develop in you, the mind of Christ.

LET US PRAY
Father thank you for giving me this wonderful trainer.

I hiked myself to the tutelage of the Word. I fellowship with the Word of your grace. I declare that as I fellowship with the Word, I am transformed. I developed the mind of Christ and I walk in the will and wiadomof Christ in Jesus Name

Father, cause that your Word would take His place in the church of Christ as our trainer and we all would be yielded to His tutelage alone
